I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which was great for a good night's sleep. However, I was disappointed with the service as my non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to historical sites, but I felt the hotel needs to improve on its staffing and conditions. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, offering a good spread, but I found the English language barrier to be a challenge.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the bargain deal due to the low Canadian dollar and the clean rooms, the smell of cigarettes was off-putting. The bed was uncomfortable, and the size didn't match what I had booked. On the bright side, the room was spacious, modernly decorated, and tidy.
